3 and a half years ago I met A & S.  I was doing a consultation for their wedding.  They were so insanely in love. <3  I had an instant connection with A and I hoped and hoped they would hire me to capture their wedding.  Lucky for me, they did!  We had a blast doing their engagement pictures and even more fun taking their wedding photos in Jasper (they included naked golfers…best wedding memory ever!).  When I met to give them their wedding disk, they told me they were expecting their first baby.  I was elated.  I knew they were going to make fantastic parents.  As we said our goodbyes I felt a certain sadness.  I wasn’t sure when I would see them again.

Then they hired me for maternity pictures and I was thrilled and relished in our time together.  A just got me.  She laughed at my jokes and I laughed at hers.  She is hilarious.  

When I was looking for a volunteer to do a boudoir shoot in front of live cameras for a documentary (about a year after she had her little girl), I was soooo excited when she volunteered.  

Our friendship blossomed from there and I honestly couldn’t be happier.  She is one of the kindest, most generous and funny people I know. It has been great getting to know her more as well as her sweet little girl and funny husband.  I couldn’t be more grateful for our friendship.  

They are now expecting their second baby, so we captured some images on a little family day trip we took.   It is so amazing to have captured their engagement photos, wedding, boudoir, family, maternity and now a second maternity.  <3
