Now that Cynthia & Dustin have had their wee baby boy, I thought I should post the long overdue photos from their maternity session.

Edmonton Maternity: Ashley & Scott

You may remember Scott and Ashley from their wedding, which I had the privilege of photographing in August. Ashley emailed to let me know they were expecting and they wanted me to do their maternity portraits! I was so thrilled. I headed over to their house early in February for this shoot. Our afternoon was filled with laughter, joy and lots of labor and delivery talk (lol…lucky Scott!).
Thanks so much for having me over, Ashley and Scott! You guys are so great, I know you are going to be the kindest, most gentle and joyful parents. Cannot wait to meet your new bundle this spring!

Just before Christmas Jenny, of Watermark Studios (http://www NULL.watermarkstudio NULL.ca/) and I got together to shoot her maternity pictures. Here are a few more of her images. She is due in just a few short weeks, and I am thrilled that she asked me to take her maternity portraits. We had such a good time downtown together (we even got kicked out of the mall…hahah; well not quite, but I was asked to put my camera away…saying we got kicked out seems to add a lot more interest though!!)
I love the way these images turned out. She just radiates beauty. <3
My Glowing Friend ~Maternity~

When my friend, Jenny from Watermark Studio (http://www NULL.watermarkstudio NULL.ca/) asked me to take her maternity pictures I will admit, I was a tad bit nervous. I always find it a lot harder to photograph other photographers . However, I knew I didn’t want to pass up the opportunity, as I knew she would be brilliant in the photographs.
I was right! She was beaming in the pictures. I couldn’t wait to post at least one. I LOVE this photograph, everything about it, especially Jenny, the glowing, beautiful Mom to be.
There are so many more to come, just had to process this one, as I could not get it out of my head.
