While we were in the Yukon in June, we really wanted to take the boys to see Skagway, Alaska, one of my ultimate favorite places to go as a child and even today.

The drive is like no other…

We met at this bridge, which has special meaning to Anna and Jordan.

If you look ever so closely you will see Jordan carved  their initials into the bridge on one of their first dates years ago…Everything about Jordan and Anna’s engagement session was magical.  I was surrounded by so much beauty and so, so much love….Ah…this picture makes my heart sing.  It was the moment right after a kiss…magic, I’m tellin’ ya.Anna and Jordan also brought along their cute four legged friend, Roger.  Look at him smiling for the camera!I love this picture.This was so cute, I asked Jordan to whisper something into Anna’s ear..long after I was done taking their pictures, he was still whispering into her ear.  They seriously made my job so easy!Isn’t she gorgeous??!!!!!!!!  Anna also plans weddings.  She is planning a wedding that is just a week before hers!  If you are interested in her services, please contact me (rebeccamckayphotography@gmail.com) and I can hook you up with her amazing services and talent!  Her wedding is going to rock.I had to include this picture (above) I was scouting out another location and I turned around to discover they were cuddling and giggling without even being prompted; I love these kinds of sessions!Thank you again Anna and Jordan for meeting up with me (after so much weather waiting).   It was so much fun and I can’t wait for your wedding I just know it is going to be amazing!!!

A few more pictures from our trip to Whitehorse in June.  Above, Tyson and Jaxon were going to check out the fish that Jeff caught…..his first lake trout.Jaxon.  Such a muffin.  Pardon the dirty faces…on a serious note though, I do not think their faces were clean once while we were at the cabin. :)Such a serious look.  2 Eagles that were soaring over head while we were fishing one evening.  It was very significant and special.  I didn’t have my zoom lens on, but I like the way this image turned out, none the less.Tyson and Carter at the Carcross Desert (the smallest desert in the world).  We had such an amazing time at the cabin.  So many cherished memories and so many more created with my boys this summer.  <3

I met with Kathleen & Brad on the weekend at the park where we walked through the park and got to know each other a little bit better…scouting out great locations along around every corner.

They were so much fun.  We were making each other laugh non stop.I really loved this location.  You should have seen what Brad and Kathleen climbed through to get to this spot.  Thank you guys for going with my ideas!  I went a little crazy over the lens flare that I was finding.  LOVE.  <3I loved how Brad makes Kathleen laugh….Thanks so much Brad and Kathleen for meeting me and spending the evening with me.  It was great to see you and I cannot wait for your wedding in November!!!
